Architect's Renderings & Floorplans

Ethan's Glen was designed by award-winning architect Michael Brady; the developer was William S. Nix. The links below show architect's renderings and floorplans for some of the original models conceived for the townhomes. They are approximately what was built; however, room layouts were often customized for the original purchasers or have been modified after construction.

The development is situated on a U-shaped street (see map). The backs of the units on the inside of the U look into the wooded glen between the two legs of the U. Most of these units have finished basements that open at the rear onto the glen, adding considerably to the square footage.
